Tom Cooper has stepped down from the Post Office board after more than five years. This move, part of a pre-planned rotation, was announced to the Post Office board in February 2023 and took effect on 11 May 2023.
Tom Cooper has served on three boards for UK Government Investments as the Government’s representative: OneWeb, EastWest Rail and the Post Office.
Tom continues to support UKGI’s shareholder and project teams with his extensive experience of corporate finance and stewardship particularly in highly complex situations.
